David L. Blunt
graduated from the University of Missouri in 1974 with a Bachelor
of Arts in Political Science and in 1977 with a law degree. He is
licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, Florida and Alabama
as well as before the U. S. Supreme Court.
Since 1977, Dave
has handled personal injury and Federal Employers' Liability Act
cases. In 1984 he opened his own law firm and continues in the practice
of FELA and personal injury. He has obtained nine jury verdicts
of $1 million dollars or more and has handled cases in over
twenty states.
Dave is a member

Michael G. Burnworth
Associate
Michael G. Burnworth
graduated from the University of Illinois in 1981 with a Bachelor
of Science in Accountancy and in 1984 with a law degree from St.
Louis University School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in Illinois
in 1984. He was admitted to the Bar in Missouri in 1985. Mike has
also been admitted to practice before the U.
S. Supreme Court. He began his career practicing workers' compensation
defense work and then went on to do insurance defense work. In 1988
he joined the firm of Blunt & Associates practicing plaintiff’s
personal injury work with a primary focus on FELA hearing loss cases.
He has now branched out into all areas of the FELA practice, other
personal injury, and workers' compensation matters. His greatest
trial verdict to date was an award of $1.5 million dollars.
Mike is also a member

Bradley U. Huson
began his railroad career in 1969 as a switchman for the
Norfolk & Western Railroad. His experience includes working
as a brakeman and conductor. In January of 1984 he was elected Local
Chairman for the United
Transportation Union Local #768 and served until December of
1985. He served as a union member of the Rail
Safety Committee for the Norfolk & Southern Railroad and
handled over 200 accident and injury investigations. His experience
to date includes over twenty years investigating railroad-related
accidents and injuries as well as work comp and personal injuries.
Brad is also
a member of the
National Association of Legal Investigators and a member of
the National Association of Rail Safety Consultants and Investigators.
